  1. Great episode! I do think the breakdown of months was before my time in the community. I came in when this calendar was fully formed.

Science Fiction feels perfect for the beginning of a new year as it usually is looking into the future.

    A couple of comments.
First off, I enjoy the Blade Runner books for sure. I don't know if LOVE them. But I like that they stay faithful to the original source material. They fight in beautifully. And for someone who LOVES the movie, I am grateful.

As for me, if you made me pick a my favorite non-continuity sci-fi series, I'd probably say Chaykin's American Flagg, especially the first year and a half or so. Brilliant look at the future and rather prescient. (I know, I know ... you're shocked it is Chaykin.)

But I am a dyed in the wool Legion of Super-Heroes guy, probably my favorite overall Sci-Fi property.

Yeah, it's hard to beat the Legion.
