  1. I don't know if I ever went through a 'Batman Phase' as discussed. Never really got obsessed with reading the books. At most, old school Brave And The Bold was a 'buy when I saw it' on the spinner. And I would get LOTDK when the creative team seemed like a winner.

    I do think that exploring Bruce's training has been well-mined over the years so what is one more to the pile. But the 'with great power comes great responsibility' wrinkle of letting Chill go is very interesting.

    I don't think any of this has stuck in the origin continuity.

    1. Yes, we assumed none of this lasted very long in terms of continuity.

      And don’t worry, you’re young. Still plenty of time for your “Batman phase.”
