There is nothing worse than waiting for your favorite character to get some exposure or a new book and then you hate the series. Trust me ... I've been there.
Anyways, interested in seeing where all these timelines go. My guess is this is all in Doom's mind. That he is in a sensory deprivation tank or a coma or something like that.
